A little bit about me.
My first visit to a counselor/therapist was in 2011. It was so powerful as it not only helped me start to understand myself but it also unlocked many scriptural principles so as to apply these with even greater meaning in my life.
The concept of adjusting my perceptions has been a game-changer. Truly grasping my thinking ability and power to change has led me to continued self-analysis with further growth and freedom.
Another humbling realization has come through those people who have opened the door for me. The therapists and self-care advocates I’ve associated myself with have championed owning one’s power and shown extraordinary love and kindness along my self-care journey. Their collective compassion has been another moment of understanding that this work is an invaluable treasure.
Looking inward at the only person whom I can control has extended freedom and beauty that I look forward to sharing with you!

This eventually led to receiving help through the Perception Repatterning Technique. This leg of my self-care journey has been especially enriching as it has afforded me the opportunity, not only to change perceptions, but to take a closer look at me (admittedly, not always a thrilling voyage).
One of the benefits of taking a closer look at myself is gaining a clearer vision of what is in my control and what is out of my control. Not surprisingly, I have had more than one personal session about control. 😅

I’m Norma Jones, a Certified PRT™️ Coach and Master Certified Health Coach, specializing in diabetes management and the ketogenic diet.
My introduction to the Perception Repatterning Technique™️ (PRT) came a few months after the loss of my husband of 38 years. During that difficult time, I realized how much he had compensated in areas where I struggled — and that I now needed to fill that space within myself. Through PRT™️, I was able to release long-held perceptions that shaped how I viewed myself and my relationships with others.
This newfound clarity and emotional freedom gave me strength when I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer later that same year. With a more positive outlook, I approached my treatment decisions with calm confidence and hope.
Experiencing the profound relief and empowerment that PRT™️ gave me, inspired me to share this work with others. Today, I’m passionate about helping my clients transform limiting beliefs, embrace self-compassion, and create lasting well-being from the inside out.
